| Built as Canadian Pacific GP9 #8830 (GMDD 7-59). It was rebuilt in 1989 at Ogden Shops in Calgary and renumbered #8249. Sold in January 2017 to J & L Consulting (JLCX) but not renumbered. It was resold to Black River & Western in March 2018. The locomotive was fully repainted as BDRV 1888 in Canada before shipment.
