| Budd 1948. Ex-Private owner, exx-Rio Grande (California Zephyr) 1105. Built as a "woman & children" car with the present layout except for a door in the corridor on the lower level, later removed. Currently 46 reclining seats on main level with a galley & restrooms below the 24 seat dome. To CVSR 2011 & named Emerson for the electric company that sponsored restoration. Original name restored in 2017. |
