In June 1948, SP placed an order with Budd for 76 cars to re-equip the Sunset Limited, including 6 of these cars. Amtrak reduced seating to 36, used valet room & shower as crew room, and stewardess room as storage. I don't know the present interior layout. To CVSR 2002. |
