Iowa Pacific Holdings E8A #515, like the CNW F7 was painted at the Wisconsin & Southern shop in Horicon WI. Note the numbers are painted on...no numberboards identify this as an ex-CNW E. This one is the former #5029B, later #515. Also Metra #515 & later Arizona Eastern #6070
